Registration Confirmation: Your registration for “The CEO Reset: A Retreat for Reflection, Growth, and Renewal” will be confirmed upon receipt of the completed registration form and the required deposit or full payment.

Payment:

a. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve your spot. The deposit will be applied towards the total retreat cost.

b. Balance Payment: The remaining balance of $1,350 is due by June 15th 2023. Failure to submit the balance payment by the specified date may result in the forfeiture of your reservation, and your spot may be offered to another participant.

Cancellation and Refunds:

a. Cancellation by Participant: In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs after the balance payment has been made, refunds will be subject to the following conditions:

i. Cancellations made 30  days or more prior to the retreat start date will be eligible for a partial refund, minus any non-refundable expenses incurred.

ii. Cancellations made within 21 days of the retreat start date may not be eligible for a refund. However, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the organizers.

b. Cancellation by Organizers: In the unlikely event that the retreat is canceled by the organizers, a full refund of all payments made will be issued to participants.

Program Modifications: The organizers reserve the right to modify the retreat program, including workshop schedules, activities, speakers, and venues, in the best interest of the participants. Any such modifications will be communicated to the registered participants in a timely manner.

Liability Waiver: Participants acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participating in the retreat activities and hereby release the organizers, facilitators, and venue from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the retreat.

Privacy: The personal information provided by participants will be collected, stored, and used solely for the purpose of organizing and administering the retreat. Participants’ information will be handled in accordance with the applicable data protection laws of Texas.

Photography and Video: Participants understand and agree that photographs or videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. By attending the retreat, participants grant the organizers the right to use their likeness in such materials.

By submitting the registration form and making payment, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.

Medical Disclosure and Disclaimer:

Medical Condition Disclosure: Participants are required to disclose any known medical conditions, allergies, or limitations that may affect their ability to fully participate in the retreat activities. Please provide detailed information regarding any relevant medical history, ongoing treatments, or dietary restrictions.

Participant Responsibility: It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that they are physically and mentally fit to engage in the retreat activities. The organizers and facilitators of “The CEO Reset: A Retreat for Reflection, Growth, and Renewal” are not medical professionals and cannot provide any medical advice or assistance.

International Travel: Please be aware that this retreat involves international travel to Costa Rica. Participants are responsible for obtaining the necessary travel documents, including a valid passport, visas, and any required vaccinations. It is recommended that participants consult with their healthcare provider or a travel medicine specialist regarding any specific health considerations for international travel.

Personal Travel Insurance: Participants are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal liability. The organizers and facilitators of the retreat are not responsible for any medical expenses, losses, or damages incurred during the retreat or associated travel.

Consultation with Healthcare Professionals: Participants are encouraged to consult with their healthcare providers prior to the retreat to ensure they are in good health and able to participate in the activities. Participants should seek professional medical advice regarding any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns.

By submitting the registration form and participating in the retreat, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted the medical disclosure and disclaimer. Participants understand and agree that they are solely responsible for their own health and well-being during the retreat and associated travel.

I hereby acknowledge that I have read, understood, and consent to all the terms and conditions outlined for “The CEO Reset: A Retreat for Reflection, Growth, and Renewal.” By signing below, I voluntarily agree to abide by these terms and conditions, including any liability waivers, refund policies, and privacy policies mentioned.
